What do you do when you're laid up for over six months with a shattered tibia & fibula?
You engineer the full rebranding of your synagogue, lead the creation of its (finally) modernized website, and write 100+ pages of new site content as well.
And then you get back on the black diamonds as soon as humanly possible.
Results after just one year:
Membership increased by 7.5%, reversing the multi-decade trend of declining numbers.
And preschool enrollment — a major source of both revenue and future membership — jumped by over 35%!

I led an intense brand exploration that culminated in new logos, design language and brand guidelines, and the new positioning “Conservative by tradition. Progressive by choice.” which paid homage its roots as “Connecticut’s First Egalitarian Synagogue”.
