BBQ Championship
I'm also one of the founders (and the CMO) of the Southern New England Kosher Barbecue Championship. We started from nothing and created an annual event with dozens of competing teams, 50+ sponsors, 100+ staff and volunteers, and 3,600+ attendees each year.
Fun fact: Kosher laws prohibiting milk & meat at the same meal are over 3,000 years old.
